In early 2014 Smith Casing Services moved from Odessa TX to a more centrally located facility in Midland TX to accomplish several objectives. This facility allows Smith to maintain and service all of it’s equipment from lay-down trucks, casing units and tools all in a closed environment. Smith is able to provide better service to it’s clients by having their tools and equipment out of the harsh West Texas weather. Located on 1788 just North of 191 in Midland, Smith’s new location allows for easy access to all major highways cutting down on travel time to and from locations. Monthly safety meeting are held in several locations from the multi-media conference room to the tong testing station in the new building providing the safety facilitators a better teaching environment.
